When you send a quote request or a message, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your trip and pet details, and your message. We also record when it arrived and the IP address it came from, which we use to stop spam.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

How we use it

Your request is emailed to our team and kept in a request log on our web host, so nothing gets lost. We use it to reply to you and to arrange any transport you book.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your information. It passes through the companies that run this website for us, our web host and our email provider, only so that your request reaches us.
